The only problem with this, is that there is no evidence that the PA had anything to do with the bombings. The speculation is that it was the Al Qaida gang. One terrorist size does not fit all. The decison on the PA should be ex ante the bombings from what we know. If we learn differently, the decision can be reversed.
haha. Horowitz is not in FIRE. I had a long chat with them, told them I would never support a group that Dershowitz was involved with, but then I started watching their work, their successes. FIRE is an amazing group, one of the best today. They have sued colleges around the country, protecting students' rights to speak out (mostly conservatives) and won amazing battles.
