Chinese belief that I heard of, it's not justifiable to attack Chinese civilians for what China government had done. The reason: China is not a democracy. I would answer those Chinese by saying they are just as guilty as the government because they have not done what they could have to overthrow a non-elected, communist government.
They only people who should be excused from attacks would be the brave people who stood up to the PLA at Tiananmen Square.

The English text you read was prepared by me. There is no English version of that web site.
Now you bring up a problem here. Those pieces are normally reserved to Chinese themselves. They should be exposed and shoud not hide behind language barrier. The American people deserve a better knowledge. It's just a start, but as I know many people are doing this (see militaryphotos.net) right now.

That may not be the case, it may very well turn out that extreme Chinese Nationalists could overthrow the Communists and become even more of a threat. China is evolving away from Communism into a mixed economy which involves some degree of private enterprise under the control of government officials. The term for this is fascism. Combine that with extreme nationalism and a sense of racial superiority (which the Chinese have in abundance) and you have National Socialism
It took us a while to deal with the prior incarnation of National Socialism in the early 40's

I knew it. There is a worldwide Chinese conspiracy. Just look at the language. They are some sort of codes to confuse the gullible folks, like us.
Oh wait, I forgot to take my anti-crazy pills. Never mind. LOL.

I think the State Department should raise this case in next round of human rights talks with China. No need. I'm sure that Amnesty International already has handled the situation.

In the part that I didn't translate, he claims that 'anticipated assasination' was predicated by a Tunisian astrologist, Hassan Charni.
Mm, I didn't know that Chinese Communists had ever been great fans of Arabic prophet. You can see how desperate they are today.

I was just about to bring this up. The footage you showed here never made its way to the China government controlled Chinese language media, CCTV I or else. (It appeared on CCTV 9 & 11, the English and Spanish channel) And there is a good reason for that: Hu's stance is not intended for domestic audience.
Remember late Chairman Arafat's favorite trick? He said something in English, and something else in Arabic.
China's flag was even flying on half mast in Gleneagle to mourn the London dead. Ironically, it has never been on half mast for their own coal miners died in hundreds working at state run mines. How can one believe that they are sincere in a bit? They could never fool me.

They could never fool me. anyway, Xian Yan is nothing but ONE chinese guy living in USA, i believe most chinese condemn London blasts from heart like they condemned Al-Q'aeda when they saw Nick Berg's head was ripped off. yeah, there's a time when 911 happend a small bunch of chinese cheered up out there, but in only few hours, indignant waves prevailed over the stupid cheers, and the waves came from everywhere of china. we cannot stop there some time bounce out some radical zanys yelling daftly, but i believe most people, not only chinese people, have enough humanity. chinese government behaves on the base of stability of the regime not the people's will. chinese people's spirit and chinese government's doing are two very very different entities. the problem is chinese government is very powerful, they could shoot their way to Tiananmen square 16 years ago, they can do it again if they think it's necessary.

Basically we are not in disagreement. By and large, my comment was targeting China's government.
