Of course not, assuming you mean something a Barrett. I do support a "ban" on Osamma's friends sitting in front of my house with a fully automattic M2 .50 heavy machine gun.

Yep...
because we all know that the M-2 is the favored weapon of terrorists right? That they will observe all the Class III and DD licensing requirements? That gun bans work so wonderfully well that places like DC and LA are gun-free/violence free havens of utopian perfection?
I suppose I should at least be thankful that you are back on topic. :-)

Police obtained a warrant and searched the store, recovering one Bushmaster assault rifle, three handguns, a Mossberg shotgun equipped with a sidewinder drum magazine and laser sight, 34 handgun magazines, five holsters, 100 boxes of shotgun shells and about 1,000 rounds of ammunition, including rounds used in AK-47 assault rifles. Police also recovered $1,200 in cash. 1,000 rounds of ammo...and in a clothing store...God forbid.... Our founders never approved of ammo in a clothing store.....right?
Hell, this would put most of us Texans in jail in Mary-Land. Why would any family have less than a thousand rounds....that is the minimum discount purchase.... Damn commies...

I'd rather have the tools to fight back effectively than have to sit there disarmed when criminals and terrorists can get their hands on these weapons regardless of whatever Laws are passed.
Let 'em park a Jeep with dual .50's on it down the street. If I've got a Browning .30 cal, a Lahti 20mm, or a 3" Parrot rifle breach loader in my garage, I'm not gonna worry a whole lot about them cutting up rough. If only one or two others in my neighborhood are "allowed" by government to be similarly equiped, the terrorists would need a small army to do anything other than die.

I don't know much about guns but this does not sound like much of a arms cache
