smear him for what?
Jail Karl Rove?
Anybody who wants to put crooked reporters (but I repeat myself) in the hole is a good guy.
Thank goodness for Pat Fitzgerald: Sending liberal journalists to jail!
In case you didn't know, Rove has already testified, has signed a waiver allowing all reporters to testify as to what he said to them, and has denied both personally and through his attorney being the source of the Plame leak.
You need to go catch up on what's going on.
Oh, and one other thing: ZOT!!
Buhbye loser.
Hahahahahaha!
I loooooooooove Patrick Fitzgerald! He's actually trying to clean up IL politics. He's a modern day Elliot Ness.
I openly wish I was Bill Clinton so I could ravish Hillary and her chunky getaway sticks. I believe that judges should make laws, that Stalin was misunderstood, and Hitler will be revered by an enlightened future generation.
Yeah, take it back to DU, Benny.

(If what I just wrote makes you sad or angry,
Isn't this one sorta lame for the full ZOT treatment? It's based upon an erroneous assumption, it's uncreative, and it's not really even funny. Oh well, standards are standards, I guess. I'd hoped for something more amusing for my first "in before the zot." Dang.
smearcampaign77....
what an original name...did they give it to you in the asylum?
I was kidding of course -- I don't like the idea of sending reporters (even liberals) to jail for keeping their word. Fitzgerald knows no crime was committed in the Plame case, and he should use some discretion and just drop the whole thing.
It is pretty funny, though, that the libs were the ones demanding the investigation, and now they're all pissed off that they got what they were asking for.
"Hillary and her chunky getaway sticks"
Gelatinously swaying, chunky getaway sticks, don't you mean?
However, since the underlying assumption is obviously from the DU mindset, the poster has earned the Zot. Plus, we need a Zot thread for comic relief.
Standards are going to hell. Why, in my day....
How much did he get for Saddam?
Right now I don't reckon he's worth a whole lot, Zippy.
