I thought this was a joke, wow.
Since my legal system knowledge is a little...vague at best: would there be a way to implement this law so that this moron (he is one, imho), isn't charged with a sex crime but someone who grabs a girl and restrains her, but doesn't manage to "finish the act" is? We prosecute intent already. Can that apply here? I don't want to see a case where someone is let go because of anti-thoughtcrime, and then goes on to be a child rapist/murderer. On the other hand, I want to punch someone in the face and not be charged with a hate crime.
First you have the black-robed chowder skull like this making a pronouncement where the orgins came from an area he spends a lot of time stitting on.
But then you have the likes of Ruth Bader Ginsberg, Hillary's clone, suggesting statutory rape laws were discriminatory, and that the current penalty of fifteen years for a first offense is excessive. Also in the past she suggested the adoption of a statute that would, among other things, lower the age of consent for sexual activity to age 12.
No doubt to justify the ACLU's love of protecting the NAMBLA clowns.
Why are you going to report me?
Look, you simply do not touch other people's children.
EVER.
If the law there defines this as a sex crime, too bad.
You do not touch others' children
Too bad stupidity isn't painful.
That is why you are not a sex offender and he is. Most reasonable adult men would know better than to physically grab a young teenage girl and chastise her.
I feel bad for this guy but he certainly wasn't using his head. He had no reason to grab this girl. He probably terrified her! It was a stupid, stupid thing to do and unfortunately his actions are going to have consequences.
No kidding. We've got some of the most idiotic decisions being made by judges. Grabbing her arm could be a precursor to murder, if I look up sex offenders at the state website I don't want to see pics of guys who grabbed a girl by the arm.
