How do you know who's queer and who's not in advance? I can't count the times I've shared a room with another guy I was travelling with, so that's certainly no proof of anything. Even as a married heterosexual, I think I'd object if someone started asking me questions about my sexuality as I was making reservations. That would just be creepy.
Given today's political climate, I would suggest something, anything, other than cell groups.
You'd be hurting yourself far more than you'd be hurting them.
RICO doesn't work that way. If they did conspire to set up the Inn owners for a test case, and I believe they did, it's not a crime. Sorry, RICO only covers CRIMINAL conspiracies to commit CRIMINAL acts. It doesn't cover a plan to bring a test case to a court of law. That's as legal as the day is long.
LOL!!!
In all honesty, this particular poster sounds more like a liberal troll. Very young and spouting rewritten history.
Not with decent insurance. Plus all their planning and publicity and invited guests would have to be put on hold or relocate to a different area. Or maybe it would be simpler to close, for good, the B&B the day of the event and refund all their money.
It's time to start suing the s**t out of gays who attempt to railroad those of Christian faith who reject their P.C., disgusting behavior. We don't have to like it, no one can force us to like it, we don't have to condone it (my own Fortune 10 employer included, by God), and we won't be told how wonderful it is for those of the same sex to engage in such acts.
Time to get pissed off, America. Hit 'em back with their own tactics. Use the courts.....as they have used them against us.
Your compliments are unnecessary--but appreciated. 8)
You could be right. I travel through Vermont frequently (it makes me ill, but it is part of my job); and I have noticed a dramatic increase in 'For Sale' signs over the past few months.
My terminology was selected to also convey a point.
I'm hoping it's not that we Christians should blow stuff up.

What would we sue them for?
Case by case. Take your pick. Same nonsense they sue "us" for.
