Peter King is my congressman and I remain more than unimpressed... I will never forget his kissing Hillary Clinton, also his silence during the senatorial election.

Works for me -- at least he's honest and doesn't hide his positions.

Just damn.

If you want on the list, FReepmail me. This IS a high-volume PING list...

One percent elected Bush because of the social security issue. Forty-eight percent voted against the CORPORATIZATION OF AMERICA. We are the majority and WE HAVE A MANDATE. We will not go quietly on this issue.

Well, she's not very good at numbers, that's for sure.

And she owns a transportation company? Should be fun to find out what kind of benefits she gives her workers.

I believe that they forgot to put the one to the left of the twenty-eight.

Or they forgot to add that she is twenty-eight in leap years.

I like this guy. No pussy footing around with him. Sounds like his democrat constituents think they can take shots at him and the President with impunity. They will never vote for him anyway...he might as well be honest with them. Refreshing actually.

Hey - that does not bother me. I've had worse things said about me from better people than her.

"I was somewhere between shocked and disappointed that someone elected to represent us would use that kind of language," said Halikias, a Democrat who says he may have once voted for King. "I think he took it personally when he didn't have to. I didn't question his morality or intellect."

Too bad Halikias didn't take 9-11 or the WOT so seriously.

What a Dimwit, what a DUmmie....maybe Halikias should find sort of "emotional cuddle group" to relieve his stress...just another Useful Idiot.

BTW, Newsday blows big chunks...

I have had similar experiences in the workplace, some a little more extreme. I never initiate any provocation, but have resolved to never back away.

Some of these leftists expect you to be the feminized male pot smoking submissive. When they are surprised you are not, they hate you, will actually either threaten or make veiled threats of violence, and do everything else they can to make your work miserable out of spite.

When they step across that line of normal polite workplace congeniality, I don't step on their toes, I STOMP on them!

An aged martial arts teacher once told me it is always the weaker man who threatens and I hate bullies.

Alright. Read the article, and have one thing to say:

(apologies to all, beforehand)

WHAT *USSIES!

Ye Gods, where's the 'language' in what King said to the 'censure Bush' twit?

What was the MoveOn broad 'frightened' by? That King called her out and basically told that she wasn't half as well informed as she thought she was?

Good grief.

And people wonder why we don't trust dems with security. What would they do, whine our enemies to death?

Yeesh.

Are you saying he's being a little disingenuous here? LOL

Seriously, thanks for the links. It really shows where this guy is coming from.

I missing something. Where was King being abusive? I mean it's not like he called anybody a Nazi or stupid.

Didn't King get mushy on Clinton?

Yes. King was the first Republican to announce that he would vote against the articles of impeachment against Bill Clinton.

IIRC King also was fond of attending pizza parties at the White House with the Slick One.

I think the main reason for the King/Clinton alliance was their mutual support for Gerry Adams (as wideawake noted earlier).

DKNY, I didn't know Peter King had kissed Hillary. (Did you mean that literally or figuratively? If the former, double barf.)

I live in liberal NJ, but my congressman is conservative Scott Garrett. So far he seems pretty good. I like his style, which I'd say has a little more class than King's. But hey, whatever works.
