Clements' plan is to raise investment capital from wealthy pro-liberty investors and draw up architectural plans. They should create a "Lost Liberty REIT" whose sole purpose is to fight this ruling and target those who support and wish to use and abuse this horrendous SCOTUS ruling.
By creating a REIT, it will be easier to attract the average investor as well as the wealthy ones.

The SCOTUS decision reduces my property values, therefore I think we have a case for having property taxes reduced.
What happens if your property is Zoned Residential and the town wants a mall?

Count me in for a contribution toward the construction.
You keep us posted and when he gets the permit, let us know where to send the check.

Isn't it interesting that "pro people" RAT SCOTUS voted to give big confiscation rights to ugly rich developers? This has to scream from the media!!!! True face of liberals masking themselves as defenders of little Americans vs. big corporations. Shame, disgrace, travesty!!!
Vote the bastRATs out to oblivion!!!

Martha's Vineyard should be leveled and turned into beautiful park and ZOO with Kennedy in the cage on public display.

You keep us posted and when he gets the permit Well unfortunately I'm not connected to the gentleman in question, I merely saw the press release and posted it, but I'll be keeping an eye on it and ping you when there are any developments.

Won't it be funny when these Leftists realize that the laws they make for
us also apply to
them!
There's going to be fancy footwork to make Fred and Ginger look like Gong Show rejects.

Sutter's land just dropped in value.
Excellent!

Great idea , Martha's Vinyard should be the future site of the new GITMO . There the prisoners will be close to the people who love them the most . Fantastic idea !!!

The irony will be lost on the bombastic bastard.
Remember, elitist liberals always exempt themselves to the suffering they cause.

I wouldn't go that far. If you read liberal pages, such as Dean Esmay, there is also an outcry on the left that this is a detriment to the poor. That's a good point for a politically diverse group of people to agree on. :)
It's also good strategy.
The deciding judges may be on their own or this may indicate a split within the left. This is good if the idea is to create some public expression of dissent that may result in a reconsideration; it doesn't help the decision already made, but could help new ones.

Plans include having hotel staff assist any visiting SCOTUS judges in dressing themselves with an emphasis in fitting their shoes to "the other foot".

Martha's Vineyard should be leveled and turned into beautiful park and ZOO with Kennedy in the cage on public display. Apes, slinging filth at one another is disgusting. Do you think anyone wants to see that gross bastard?
Although, I would loved to see him behind bars
