Don't forget patty murray (D-WA) & her comments to high school students about why bin laden was so popular in among muslims (because he builds them day care centers, of course!). And the piece of garbage was easily re-elected.

The democrats can stick their demand stick up their liberal @sses. What Rove said is the truth and it hurts. What the democrats are doing is just detracting from the illegal activities they participate in everyday. Hell!!! Teddy (burp) Kennedy comes to the floors of Congress drunk most of the time. Talk about double standards. Whatever anyone in the democratic party says, I do just the opposite and know I will never be wrong.

How true. A thieve breaks into a old lady's house, falls down and breaks his leg. What happens, the thieve sues the old lady, gets paid off by the insurance company that thinks it's cheaper to settle, the insurance company drops the little old lady's coverage, the police arrest the little old lady for endangering the thieve, little old lady looses her house and ends up on the street. The liberal democrats are happy to see this outcome.

It is so difficult for a liberal democrat to tell the truth, it hurts. Tubin Dubin proves that every time he opens his mouth.

It's like the old joke, when can you tell if a democrat is lying??? When his or her lips are moving.

Full text of Rove's remarks:

Remarks of Karl Rove at the New York Conservative Party (FULL TEXT)

http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1430016/posts

And a larger excerpt showing the context (it's even more stinging in full context):

Conservatives believe in lower taxes; liberals believe in higher taxes. We want few regulations; they want more. Conservatives measure the effectiveness of government programs by results; liberals measure the effectiveness of government programs by inputs. We believe in curbing the size of government; they believe in expanding the size of government. Conservatives believe in making America a less litigious society; liberals believe in making America a more litigious society. We believe in accountability and parental choice in education; they don't. Conservatives believe in advancing what Pope John Paul II called a "culture of life"; liberals believe there is an absolute unlimited right to abortion.

But perhaps the most important difference between conservatives and liberals can be found in the area of national security. Conservatives saw the savagery of 9/11 and the attacks and prepared for war; liberals saw the savagery of the 9/11 attacks and wanted to prepare indictments and offer therapy and understanding for our attackers. In the wake of 9/11, conservatives believed it was time to unleash the might and power of the United States military against the Taliban; in the wake of 9/11, liberals believed it was time to… submit a petition. I am not joking. Submitting a petition is precisely what Moveon.org did. It was a petition imploring the powers that be" to "use moderation and restraint in responding to the… terrorist attacks against the United States.

Has there been a more revealing moment this year than when Democratic Senator Richard Durbin, speaking on the Senate floor, compared what Americans had done to prisoners in our control at Guantanamo Bay with what was done by Hitler, Stalin and Pol Pot - three of the most brutal and malevolent figures in the 20th century?

Let me put this in fairly simple terms: Al Jazeera now broadcasts to the region the words of Senator Durbin, certainly putting America's men and women in uniform in greater danger. No more needs to be said about the motives of liberals."

``The one thing New York has had since Sept. 11 is unity,'' said Sen. Charles Schumer, D-N.Y.

BULLSTUFF!!!! We were united in shock and grief but that didn't outlast the day.
I work in New York and it took maybe 36 hours for some (unidentified) Liberal group to rent a billboard near Times Square bearing the words: "Give Peace a Chance". When I saw that sign, I knew that Liberals were going to obstruct every step we'd take in protecting our beloved country.
As a Conservative, I long for national unity, but I'll be damned if I will compromise what I know is right.

NEVER FORGET

While President, CLINTON went abroad to:

1) Apologize to the Free People of Central America for America's having fought on the wrong side against CASTRO-Backed Communists that were fighting to take over that area durng the early 1980's.

2) Declare that all the nations of the world should be playing on the same level playing field instead of there being one Superpower above all = US.

Meanwhile, back at the White House CLINTON refused 3 Free Offers from the Sudan during the 1990's to turn over to U.S. custody our No. 1 Terrorist Enemy OSAMA bin LADEN before he could hit us hard after CLINTON had left office.

After he left the White House CLINTON publically declared that there might not even be an America around in 300 years.

35 years ago, exactly, CLINTON was on the side of our Terrorist Enemy ..North Vietnam's Communist Dictator HO CHI MINH.. and against our Fight for Freedom for a then Free South Vietnam.

Now,

...in a new time of war...
...in a new century...
...with an enemy that's now...
...just around the corner and...
...up your street...
...with our own Freedom...
...at stake here at home...

...nothing has changed except...

...THE STAKES.

The Enemy is now Within and...
always has been.

NEVER FORGET

LETS PUT THIS INTO CHRONOLOGICAL ORDER:

ROVE RESPONDED TO A REMARK BY DURBIN

Rove also denounced Sen. Dick Durbin's comments comparing interrogation at the Guantanamo Bay prison camp to the methods of Nazis and other repressive regimes.

THAT DOESN'T SOUND VERY AMERICAN TO ME.....

He said the statements have been broadcast throughout the Middle East, putting U.S. troops in greater danger.

ROVE IS PROBABLY RIGHT ON THIS. THE MUSLIM CLERIC IN FALLUJAH WAS QUOTING TED KENNEDY WHEN THEY ATTACKED OUR TROOPS AND CALLED FOR THE DEATHS OF AMERICANS.

The Illinois Democrat has since apologized for the remarks.

DURBIN NEEDED TO APOLOGIZE. HE ENDANGERED TROOPS AND HE IS TRYING TO DIVIDE AMERICA'S UNITY IN THE WAR.

``No more needs to be said about the motives of liberals,'' Rove said.

IT WAS A VERY UGLY LOOK AT LIBERALS AND DURBIN'S COMMENTS CERTAINLY WERE NOT TO THE BENEFIT OF AMERICANS. I SEE NOTHING WRONG HERE.

THEN SCHUMER ATTACKED ROVE:

``The one thing New York has had since Sept. 11 is unity,'' said Sen. Charles Schumer, D-N.Y. ``To inject politics into this and to defame a large number of people'' is outrageous, he said. ``It's not what New York and America is all about.''

WHOA, WAIT A MINUTE!!!! DURBINS COMMENTS HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH UNITY. NOW, THIS IS CRAZY AND MORE DEMOCRAT APOLOGIST GARBAGE. IF SCHUMER MEANS WHAT HE IS SAYING, THEN HE SHOULD BE ATTACKING DURBIN, NOT ROVE, BECAUSE IT SOUNDS LIKE HE AGREES WITH ROVE, EXCEPT FOR THE GENERALIZATION AGAINST LIBERALS. AND, WHAT IS MOST BOTHERSOME IS SCHUMER IS NOT SPEAKING ABOUT AGAINST THE ATTACK ON AMERICA OR AMERICANS BY DURBIN, BUT ONLY FOR HIS PARTY. CLEARLY HIS INTEREST IS NOT WITH UNITY OR AMERICA BUT TO TRY TO EXPLOIT THE SITUATION. YOU'D THINK HE'D BE SMARTER THAN DO SOMETHING SO TERRIBLY TRANSPARENT.

Schumer said Democrats were drafting a letter asking Rove to retract his remarks. Jim Manley, spokesman for Senate Democratic leader Harry Reid, D-Nev., also called on President Bush to ``immediately repudiate Karl Rove's offensive and outrageous comments.''

AGAIN, NOTHING ABOUT THE EVENTS WHICH LEAD UP TO IT AND NOTHING DEALING WITH THE ISSUES AFFECTING AMERICA, THE ONLY CONCERN BEING THE PARTY AND NOT THE PEOPLE. THAT IS WHAT KILLED THE DEMOCRATS IN THE ELECTION THE LAST TIME, TOO MUCH TRASH TALK AND NOT ENOUGH ACTION.

AND THE CIRCLES CONTINUES....

The Democrats are condescending and still mired in old liberal politics. They think we the people can be led to accept anything they say, since they are so enlightened and superior to us. I am sick and tired to have to listen to these senators who are stabbing our military and nation in the back. Karl Rove had the courage to speak and tell the truth, and I applaud him for that.
