Yeah, I know. I'm not quite sure why they prefer that. Inheritance rights maybe? I dunno.

Q. What's the penalty for bigamy in Arizona?

A. Having two wives.

NO. Having two MOTHER-IN-LAWS!!!!!!!

You could avoid that problem by marrying sisters!!!

Oops. Before some gets around to it ... make that two full sisters.

If the Feds can bust up the Klan I would think they could close down these child molesters and slave owners. That this practice continues so openly in the US is a great sin that the whole nation will pay for.

These monsters actually raise daughters for sale and trade. They practice incest as well. The Feds should bring charges, run DNA tests that would convict all the males without question and lock them all up for life. The worst offenders would have so many counts on them that the sentences would run into hundreds of years.

"I want to know how these polygamists sects keep their men happy who don't get a wife."

I saw a news report some time ago on that touched on Just that thing. The leadership forces young men out of the sect for minor violations of their rules. They do this simply becuase if the young men are allowed to stay it cuts down on the availability of young girls for them. Funny isn't, when these guys are looking froa new wife you never hear of them seeking out some 38 year old woman.
I live in Mohave County, this issue is always a topic of discussion

They don't license subsequent marriages.

And since the extra wives have no legal husband, they can get welfare for the kids.

That is why they have to keep marrying younger girls.

The charges were multiple counts of: "Assault with a lively weapon".

And, let's not forget, "welfare fraud".

How many men had multiple wives in the New Testament?
