Life is horrible for kids born to a crack-head or illegitimate kids born to mentally incompetent teenagers who don't care to feed them, but that is not Pres. Bush's fault. I have a hunch we had just as many of these sad cases when Clintoon was in office, but the MSM would never have written this article then.
