...convincing Americans that abortion is a necessary precondition to women's well-being and equality Exactly. Women (and men) have been sold that women who are pregnant, who might become pregnant or who are parents are LESS THAN men. This is not a new phenomenon, but it is one which had predictable results.
It is no surprise that abortion is so popular.

I highly recommend her book The Cost of Choice. It is the best compilation of writings I've seen regarding abortion.

Good post. Here's a link to a compelling, prolife drama that shares the same fact-based perspective:

And there are many women who are happy they had their abortions. So what's the point?

Happy? Do you really mean "happy"? Please explain.

I mean they are fine with their decisions and it never effects their lives. That's what I mean.

The more hotly contested linkthough one supported by numerous epidemiological studies and breast physiologyis that abortion itself can cause breast cancer. Through abortion, a woman artificially terminates her pregnancy at a time when her breast cells have been exposed to high levels of potentially cancer-initiating estrogen but before those cells have matured into cancer-resistant cells (as they ultimately do in a full-term pregnancy). OK, serious question. Since a miscarriage ultimately is the same as an abortion in its end result - no child - why do those who suffer miscarriages not report a higher rate of breast cancer ? Seems to me it would.

In a miscarriage the brain, pituitary gland and other functions of the body are in control; miscarriages are natural.
Those who have premature babies before 32 weeks often times will suffer the same consequences of an abortion relating to breast cancer since the
type 3 and 4 lobules are mature and resistant to carcinogens and develop after the 32nd week of pregnancy.
This link was included in the text of the thread above, it should answer your questions.

"Fine" is VERY different than "happy". Thank you for clarifying that, however I still doubt your assertion that women are "fine" with their decisions and that it "never effects their lives".
I would bet you it "affects" their lives in ways they are unaware of (or refuse to acknowledge), or they try to bury (sorry, no pun intended) their grief/guilt by defending the "right". I speak from experience with post-abortive women.

Because in miscarriage, hormone levels are lagging - hence the inability
to continue the pregnancy. In abortion, the levels are sky high
and are then abruptly cut off - leaving the breast cells mid way
through the transition to becoming milk producing. They remain overly vulnerable to toxins.
