"Church" is any group of believers.
Table, altar, buildings etc are irrelevant.
THE Church is all believers.
I enjoy reading your comments. They provide good hints for research.
Now we are practicing "Cowboys and Muslims."

lol, I had not heard that one. I wonder if the next generation of children will be playing this (or are they already?)
The title concerns the "Temple". Certainly it has a connection to Jews, but it also has a connection to Christians, which only a bigot would deny.
I think you're hitting the religious equivalent of the "race card" a bit early in the debate. Your analysis and digression of anything I've said is also substantially in error.
The only purpose served by such behavior is to create a false sense of self-righteous indignation which enables you to mock Christianity.
"This is a description of the "Rapture" which will take place BEFORE the reign of antichrist."
I have no doubt in the Scriptures you referenced but in reading the Scriptures it is not clear on the timeline of when this is going to happen. There is a verse that says we will "spared the wrath to come" which I take as meaning we will be spared as Christians the really nasty stuff to come after the Anti-Christ enters the Temple at Jeruselum.
The Great Schism that separated the Roman Catholic and Eastern Orthodox Church happened in about 1054.
:>)
In general you'd expect them to be, but I don't believe that's a requirement. I know very little about the composition, or validity, of this Sanhedrin.
"If a Temple is to be built, we need to know if this really is the site, and not just something accepted as the site."
Though this is not a small matter, don't trip over it. The Jews have known exactly where the Temple should be built for a long long time.
Which Jews? There is dispute on the matter.
