In his own world I think he already thinks he is.

Afterwhich we will entertain a motion to put the Constitution of the United States up for sale to the high bidder, since we are no longer using it and do not feel that we will ever have need of it again.
Thanks for the reminder!
FNC just should Judge Owens being sworn in
I guess we're over here today....
I'm here, I'm here---hoping for something interesting--
Maybe George Allen going up to John Kerry and knocking him flat, would be good....
I had a thought this weekend---(don't laugh, sometimes I do think)--anyway, I seem to remember a while back--right after the 2004 elections...
that there were articles about how the Soros people were really angry about losing and that they felt they "bought and paid for" the dems...there were some hints in those articles that the gay activists in MoveOn.org were going to "out" any and all congresscritters that didn't go along with their agenda...
Now, considering some of the very strange goings on, and weird actions by some of the senators, especially, do you all think this might be coming into play...
You know, blackmail, threats, just saying they would spread innuendo? Voinivich, Graham, others?
Also, the threats weren't just to the people themselves, but to family members, ala Cheney's daughter...
Anything is possible with the Dems
But I think Lindsey went along because of McCain
Yes---they even went overseas together on this recess...hm
Anyway, though, how do we explain Voinivich almost having a nervous breakdown on the Senate floor, over a nominee that probably won't be in office all that long...and that he, Voinivich didn't even bother to attend the hearing that Bolton was AT?
I am not trying to inadvertantly smear anyone except maybe the dems...it was their activists that made the comment that they knew of some that could be "outed"...
Just a "conspiracy theory" to bat around since John Kerry isn't going to show up for us to "bat around"...LOL
PROGRAM -- (Senate - June 06, 2005)
Mr. FRIST. Tomorrow, the Senate will resume consideration of the nomination of Justice Brown to be a U.S. circuit judge for the DC Circuit. At noon, we will proceed to the cloture vote on the nomination. It is my expectation that cloture will be invoked and we could have an up-or-down vote on confirmation.
As I noted earlier, following the disposition of the Brown nomination, we will move forward immediately with the cloture vote on the nomination of William Pryor to be a U.S. circuit judge for the Eleventh Circuit. Members should expect votes throughout the week as we consider these and other nominations that may proceed over the next several days.

I further ask consent that the time until 12 noon be equally divided between the two leaders or their designees; provided further that the last 20 minutes prior to the vote be divided with 10 minutes under the control of the Democratic leader or his designee, to be followed by 10 minutes under the control of the majority leader or his designee.
