well, i was happy when i read the title--i am "hippy." however, there is no way i could get to size 14 w/o being "apple" shaped, or really overweight... but i am definitely not skinny...

i used to be thin, thin--as a little girl all the way until i turned 30 (and got engaged)... i'm about 5'5"... i could never get passed 110 lbs. unless i worked out--then i reached 112 lbs. then the year before i married, i suddenly reached 120 lbs., and then 127, and a year after i married, 132... i dropped back to 123... i am now at 126... curvy like the other women in my family... it's funny--most of us started out bone thin, and then the curves came...

but i never seem to fit what those charts tell you...

I very seriously doubt that either Katherine Zeta-Jones or Marilyn Monroe had hip measurements larger than 40 inches.
