So, now what do we have? One conservative judge and 10,000 activist liberals?
There's a long way to go. One more decent judge won't help the cause of constitutional law or protect the right to life unless we get several hundred more.
How many judges did clinton appoint in eight years? Jimmy Carter? How many lousy compromises did GHW Bush make? Or even Ronald Reagan? We have less than a year to start making real progress, or the people who turned out to increase our senate majority in 2004 will not turn out in 2006.
A journey of a thousand miles begins with one step, but we'd better keep moving.

As per Foxnews, Reid said that the agreement did not extend to Bolton. Extraordinary cirmumstances? No; Bolton isn't a Appeals Court or SCOTUS nominee, and the "compromise" only covers Appeals Court/SCOTUS nominees.

Nothing was traded. The only thing that has changed since last week is three judges and Bolton will likely be confirmed. The filibuster and nuke option threats still exist.
