As I have written in previous postings, Dan Rather MUST be prosecuted for knowingly attempting to influence the outcome of a Federal election using forged documents. If these documents are in question, then let the forensic examiners make the determination of their authenticity. As for Rather, a night in the DC Jail prior to his bail hearing would be the ideal place for a lawbreaking slanderer like Rather to begin to fabricate his memoirs.
