My great fear is that we are not far behind...we don't secure our borders, we have no credible tracking of individuals in our country on visas, and we cave whenever confronted. Case in point, the latest incidents - here and overseas - regarding the 'desecration' of the Koran. We don't have the stomach any more the the Europeans to confront Islamist arrogance and bullying. Rather than speak up for ourselves, we turn ourselves into corkscrews, bending over so that our posterior can be kicked. I fear for my grandchildren.

Europeans laughing and celebrating Americans soldiers deaths in Iraq have turned me against ever wanting to help them again.

A hearty "second" on that.

It would be very, very interesting to see the American reaction to any situation (hard to visualize, though) in which the Europeans find themselves in dire straits and call for our help. I think the White House and the Congress would be deluged with letters, telephone calls, and emails, urging that nothing--absolutely nothing--be done.

All I can say is Godspeed. I am glad that there are still Europeans who look at their future with confidence.

Recently I read "The Sword of the Prophet" it was an excellent book and recommend it highly,. I learned a lot about the history of Islam and how they operate. One of the recommendations that the author made about how to deal with these Muslims is that we all need to make them accountable for the evil that they commit. The example that the author provided was the Arab Street and 9/11. If you were to take a survey as to exactly who was responsible the absolute last answer they would provide is Arab Muslims. They simply do not believe that. With all of our political correctness we let them get away with it. Plain and simple this needs to stop.
