This is probably one of the least civilized things I have read on FR in quite a while.
I suppose it would be OK to have sex with a mental retard or a person in a coma if they had boobs and a menstrual cycle too.
Most of us have figured out that the body and mind do not grow at the same rate and that is why we have an age of consent.
According to your line of thought, a 7 year old can enter into a legal contract because they know how to sign their name.
Clearly, this is what we call "Logic of convenience" for those who wish to rationalize their behavior. It raises a question as to how you have come to this conclusion.
