They stand for nothing except shaking down honest folks, gittin paid, and gittin on TV. They care nothing about rights or equality, alleged religion, morals, or anything else. They are leaders of the lower-class black community because to them it's all about the bling, while doing nothing.

Perhaps Dean, like Christie Whitman, comes from a Planned Parenthood background. If so, blacks would be screened out under PP's original eugenics beliefs. It's also quite possible that Dean forgot all about blacks since there were none in Montpelier.
