so I guess those 6 Rs would agree to vote against the other judges, giving them 49 votes on the full senate floor, do I have the math right? and what do the 6 Dems that are part of the "deal team" give? nothing as I see it, they vote against the judges, or cast some meaningless vote for the ones that pass, and they don't have to vote on the rules change (because there isn't one). so what are the Dems on the "deal team" giving as part of the compromise?
and what happens when the SCOTUS nominees comes up, do the same 6 Rs flip when the Dems threaten the fillibuster again?
Oh please...that twig of a woman couldn't beat the worst Dem candidate.
I couldn't find a mention of this on her Senate site but check this out...

I was born and raised in Ohio and live within rock throwing distance of the Ohio line, I just wrote Senator DeWine a nice e-mail, encouraging him to hang with us rather than alone!
Oh good grief! I was gonna ask what she's smoking, but she's graduated to the chemicals.
They live like royalty now.
I'm not paying for any additional princes and princesses.
Breaux and C. Gordan Grey on Hardball now. Chrissy is aggressively attacking B....."YOUR party..." I cannot believe this turnaround aggression.
I found it at Answers.com.
Let's spread the word!
Let's turn DC into a museum and maybe a theme park!
Support our Congress! Send them Home!
Coburn is kind of cute, no?
It's original, thank you.
I expect a knock on the door before din-
"Is that the actual deal? Reid can't be happy with that. lol"

Wrong. I think at this point the demonrats are realizing they have lost this battle. To accept the issue just keeping the filibuster option open for later will be a success for them. And frankly it would be. If the Republicans give them this deal I will be "deeply saddened".
Tom Coburn is a great guy--I didn't hear his first remarks but he is very conservative and has already gotten in trouble with a lot of the pubbies because he came out during the debate about the budget and said it was TOO much and they should slash it---
He is also up on ethics charges because he wants to keep his OB/GYN office open while he is a senator---the dems are not liking that...
Keep some of them in the zoo for the children to see the nearly extinct liberals.
Not good.
Crissy is a water-boy.
Wonder what's up?
Trying to gin up sympathy for the Dems (since they don't have any)?
I don't see why he can't keep his office open in this case, he is a doctor! Goodness! I like him! This is the most I have seen of him.
Just saw on MSNBC---Howard Dean is going to be on Meet the Press on Sunday!!!!
MUST SEE TV?????
Coburn rightly referring to it as the "Byrd option".
