No--Levin did not say he agreed that the war was "illegal", he merely pointed out he did not vote for it.
He then forced Galloway back on track to address the question pertaining to the chairman of his charity.
Levin said something to that effect during the questioning. It was offered more as an aside. I would have to review the transcript to get the exact wording. He said it as he was pursuing another point and seeking an answer to a particular question. The gist was sort of we agree on that but I want an answer to my question.
And Levin(?) ending with kissing his A$$ makes me piSSed!
"He did not kiss his ass. He did a good job."
I know he didn't kiss his A$$, I guess I'm just upset he didn't go after him or force him to answer a question. At least stop him from the baby/children killing lines he spouted. I was hoping they would come out strong after his opening.
Who do you hold out hope for to put Galloway's feet to the fire once the recess is over.
Go to mhking's site---I got it easily
Eric Shawn on Fox now to review what we heard.
Good to hear that.
Ok Dad-D-O: here's a sweet joke for you (one fit for public viewing):

there is no reason why Coleman cannot get angry as part of his rebuttal and questioning. in fact, it would be refreshing. there is no reason why these hearing have to be sterile environments - let's get down and dirty.
Yup--bummer
Yup.
Yep, they did. Coleman says the lunch is important, covering "issues", or something like that.
Don't be fooled by his loud and obnoxious presentation.
I hope your right. All I see is defiance and not answering any questions. The media will not say galloway didn't answer question, only that he was in their face.
It will be all over the world that galloway defied the great satan America.
Oh yes, I got it right away from his link in #488.
Or his villa in Portugal...
If somebody must hang I say its the producer of this circus..
That link is for the Senate
Here is for the hearing with Galloway .. but they are in recess right now

I thought the tenor of the questioning and responses between Levin and Galloway were respectful and not confrontational as compared to that with Coleman. Galloway didn't attack Levin personally.
Interfering with committee luncheons and there was too much to go through to wrap it up today.
Thank you
