I agree that this tactic will only demonstrate FOR THE ZILLIONTH TIME that dems are the dirtiest of rotten scoundrels and don't deserve anyone's vote, much less their trust.
Confess. An undercover operative deep in the Dem circles snuck that prayer to you. I'm convinced the Democrats actually say something similiar.
I see we're all of same mindset. Disgusted at the idea the Minority "allows" a vote.
I don't believe them, I don't trust their motives. I don't trust the RINO's and I don't trust the spine of the rest in that committe except Coleman, and I suppose Allen, but neither of them run the committee. IMO, Lugar needs to be kicked off and have this seat given to Coleman. And while we're at it, next time the GOP hands out committee seats I don't want to see 3 possibly four mavericks gathered together. One Maverick on any committee is more than enough.
Will be interesting to see what happens tomorrow.
Is there ANY RAT idea being pushed to the front pages right now? I don't know of one. Not one...
Actually, it's the Republican Party that's looking pretty helpless. They own the House, Senate and the White House, but they can't get anything done. Unless they get the RATS permission....
They need to cowboy up and take care of business. To hell with the RATS.

He'll vote for him. This was a done deal, despite the Dems' squeals.
They think they are. Unfortunately so do the Republicans
That was nice of them.
I was under the impression that the Republican Party controlled both houses of Congress and the Presidency. But if one judges by what the Republican Party has accomplished, one would never know it.
What you can take to the bank is if the Democrats had the same numbers vs. the Republicans , plus the Presidency, for the last 5 years, they would have long ago enacted their entire agenda.
Oh, I know, I know , according to Bill Frist, the Republicans can do this and do that tobreak the stalemate and begin enacting their agenda. In fact, he [Majority Leader Frist] may bring it up for a vote next week. And then again, he may not. This will still be going along the day before the '08 Presidential election.
