Is it possible this story could get any stranger?

"she has met with Gwinnett District Attorney Danny Porter and hopes prosecution can be avoided."
Horsehockey. She should serve hard time, and then 400 hours of volunteer service in a hispanic community.

I wonder how many "just dropping by to tell you how uninterested I am" posters we'll get on this thread.

This is such a load! I was in a diversion program years ago and it was all started by a vindictive man-hating prosecutor. Sure, her underlings handled it after she had her day in court with me. But she was off to the races with my case in the beginning. Conflict of interest is definetely there. I do agree this is all a total freakshow and these people need to go away.

Official Hall County arrest records show Wilbanks was arrested five times from 1996 to 1998.

Thanks for that. I don't know why, exactly, but it strikes my funny bone.

Perhaps her problem is not feeling the direct results of her consequences.

when you see the expression on her face, it's hard to believe she's not feeling something every minute!

Wow, she had the crazy eyes back then, too. So much for my bad plastic surgery theory.
