I don't have Firefox, but I use Mozilla, so I bet they will be similar:
Edit/Preferences/Advanced/Cache and look for the Delete Cache button.

The quickest way to get the Admin Mod's attention is to hit the abuse button on the post you want removed. They do pay immediate attention to info/requests coming in via the Abuse button. That way you are not giving additional attention to the troll.
