FROM THE REVISED CURRICULUM

Are you you really talking about something that was written to back up Montgomery Kounty curriculum or are you just educating us on the gay's perverted arguments?

I'm assuming the latter, but from this school board, ya never know.

It is as if they paid a buch of homosexual men and women to sit in a "gay" bar to write up a school sex curriculum for children.

Sad LOL, but you have to wonder.

I'm an MC soccer mom and I can tell you parents are outraged over this but all that has really been reported is the banana stuff. They, for the most part, are not aware that this curriculum normalizes homosexuality and condemns selected religions. Heck I didn't find out until today this stuff also was a slam against my religion.

Egregious doesn't even begin to describe it.

I've yet to come across what is the name of the group that is fighting this. I'd love to sign up.

I'm already fighting this socialist school board on a completely different matters. Their latest ploy is to curb public opinion and circumvent the public's wants.

The local democrats in my neighborhood are running around in circles pulling out their hair screaming "Democrats don't act this way". My response is "They do now." Leaves them speechless cuz they know I'm right. They are starting to look at the Republican party in a whole other light.

"Teaching all the perversions would only be fair, right?"

Please do not joke about this. Remember that we are talking about Montgomery County, Maryland; bedroom community of Washington, D.C. and repository of some the most leftist loons ever to draw breath.

The school boards response to this lawsuit was unbelieveably creepy.

Regards,

The revised curriculum I posted was directly out of the judges opinion.

The reason the MSM focuses on the banana is that they are trained to look for the sexy video.

They don't think the readers will understand words.

Newspapers are too homosexualized leftitsts to print the actual pro-homosexual child recruiting.

At least it is not the 9th circus.

HOWEVER we should all remember this curriculum will now be the model.

Too bad Rush does not cover homosexual recruiting of children issuses. The Judges' direct excerpts would be just PERFECT for his show.

The sex ed program was even worse than what you read in the papers:

School Board Sued for Proselytizing
Promotes gay affirming religions while censoring ex-gay resources

Montgomery County, Maryland – An ex-gay family support group has filed a lawsuit to stop the Montgomery County Maryland Board of Education and Jerry Weast, Superintendent, from implementing a new sex education curriculum which includes materials that denigrate former homosexuals and refer readers to gay affirming religions. “These materials, some of them published by gay advocacy groups, were approved as teacher resources by the School Board and its Citizens Advisory Committee,” said Regina Griggs, executive director of Parents and Friends of Ex-Gays & Gays (www.PFOX.org).

One of the materials approved as a teacher resource refers students to gay affirming religious organizations such as Lutherans Concerned, Dignity for Catholics, Rainbow Baptists, and More Light Presbyterians. “Advocating certain religions over others is discriminatory, said Griggs. “The School Board is providing a religious and biased point of view. Teachers should not refer students to specific religious organizations, especially without parental permission. This ‘resource’ has no place in school.”

Another of the School Board’s approved resources discusses if AIDS is God’s judgment on homosexuals and if homosexuality is a sin. “Some of the answers are offensive to people of faith by stating that ‘religion has often been misused to justify hatred and oppression,’ ” said Griggs.

Another resource consists of a quiz which asks if “loving people of the same sex” is “sinful.” The answer given is that “many religious denominations do not believe this” and cites the Anglican Church of Canada. “No alternate theology is presented,” said Griggs.

Another approved school resource discusses certain religious groups in a negative manner, claiming that evangelicals and fundamentalists are more likely to be less tolerant of homosexuals.

“In addition, when we submitted ex-gay materials to the School Board and Committee, it rejected them and approved literature by gay activist groups that makes negative references to ex-gays,” said Griggs.

For example, one approved resource, published by Triangle Foundation, instructs readers that “few say their homosexual attraction has changed.” Said Griggs, “There are no footnotes accompanying this statement, so it is a biased opinion of ex-gays voiced by a gay advocacy group. Another approved resource says the same thing, again without citing any authority. Yet the Board refused to approve any resources authored by ex-gay groups or supporting ex-gays – a clear case of discrimination.”

The Board and Committee also approved ‘Just the Facts about Sexual Orientation and Youth,’ an anti-ex-gay pamphlet that includes a certain religious viewpoint and recommends specific gay identified religious organizations. “This resource demonstrates an irrational phobia of the ex-gay community,” said Griggs. “It urges censorship of ex-gay materials in our schools and recommends silencing ex-gay students, teachers, and their supporters. Its opposition to sharing school access with ex-gay representatives demonstrates its own disregard for diversity.”

Instead, PFOX had urged the School Board to approve ‘Respect and the Facts: Purposes of the National Education Association Ex-Gay Educators Caucus.’ “This pamphlet explains the goals sought by ex-gay teachers for diversity, tolerance and inclusion for all, including both ex-gays and gays,” said Griggs, “but the School Board refused to approve this resource.”

The School Board and Committee also refused to include the term ‘ex-gay’ in the new curriculum, although they voted to include: homosexual, bisexual, lesbian, transgender, questioning, and intersexed.

“The Montgomery County, Maryland School Board and Committee should promote non-discrimination for everyone and respect for all religions,” said Griggs. “The School Board can follow its own stated goal of diminishing sexual orientation discrimination by starting with the ex-gay community. Its Committee failed to include resources with positive portrayals of former homosexuals and, instead, recommended resources that make negative references to ex-gays and attempt to discredit their decisions and experiences. The ex-gay community must not be excluded or discriminated against in our schools.”

Academia, public schools and many textbooks offer left wing/liberal content. I heard of a book years back that was in the (elementary?) public school curriculum, "Heather Has Two Mommies" (???!) or something pretty close to that. The liberals are off the Deep End, and they believe that the State controls the children, not the parents. Add a little Marxism, anti-American propaganda, pro-Globalism bunk plus some pro-same sex stuff, and POOF!, you have an "education" (ie: indoctrination).

Madness.

they are trained to look for the sexy video.

True but they are also trained trained to suppress any info that doesn't promote homosexuality and to suppress any dissenting views.

But the word is getting out. I shocked about ten soccer moms today with the truth and I plan to keep going. My Republican Women's Club is next on my hit list. I love a good fight.
