I agree, she made a mistake, but being stuck on a Greyhound bus for how many days...she probably didn't know what was happening or was in denial of the effect.
This makes me realize how smart my parents were...years ago before I got married they told me at least twice during the week before the wedding that if I had any second thoughts WHATEVER, they would stand behind me if I wanted to change my mind or postpone it. I was offended at the time but realized later they were just trying to relieve some of the pressure of a big wedding (that I don't think anyone counts on initially). And my wedding was only about 200 people and no one had been the mayor...
She was the one who wanted the big ridiculous showy wedding, then she takes off. She's nuts.
Dad just invited the nation to the wedding (earlier). I had my tux ready and a ticket to Duluth.
She's just a girl who panicked.
She didn't try for the publicity.
But if she starts going on Oprah, et al, I will judge her much more harshly.
At the very least! There's got to be charges against her, too.
..and if he has any sense, he will give this little chickie a wide berth!!!
And, as Freepers oft say....she should not be contributing to any gene pool.
I see her as a spoiled rich kid who does what she wants.....no regard to what she just put her family through.
I can't imagine a bigger waste of my and my family's time than watching 24-7 celebrity trials and police blotter journalism.
