If they charged the guy with adultery in addition to rape, he can be found guilty of the one without being found guilty of the other. It is a chargeable, enforceable offense. Seems to me he's in trouble whoever the jury believes. And should be.

While we agree about the impropriety of extramarital sex, this man has been charged with forcible rape -- not with adultery or fornication. What matters now in this case is not anyone's righteous opinion about how the couple placed themselves in danger, but whether or not a very serious criminal charge is true. There is a vast difference between consentual sex and forcible rape, and a man's life hangs in the balance.

If you check out the websites with my comment, you will find that Dalton who has written on her behalf, also used FR to get his point across.

She seems to find her support from some interesting folks. Oddly enough, she has several sites discussing HER case but nothing about the accused, unless you include his name in her articles.
