The world would be better off if even the more educated, more motivated, and more willing to advocate for change in their homelands would stay there.

If we cut off all this illegal immigration maybe that would force these illegals to finally fix up their own countries.

"The illegals may end up as serfs here, but in Colorado they walk into any emergency room and, no questions asked, are handed a card entitling them to free medical care. The ordinary working poor American unable to afford private health insurance gets no such break. If you want medicare/medicaid, you jump through hoops."

It just goes to show that everyone suffers from dysfunction and abuse.

Yes, but some of us were hoping New York City would keep that distinction to itself.

What makes you think they will give us an Ingles option when the reconquista is complete? I'm betting they won't tolerate bilingualism.

They should. Their champion lives there, plotting against regular old America.

Who knows? I do know our leaders are sending us directly on course for a civil war, a very stupid and irresponsible thing to do.

Well, somebody's got to pick all those heads of lettuce for Buffy and Skippy up in Connecticut.

Boughton's move is totally election motivated, a few months ago he supported building a center for day laborers to gather and find work. The idea was met with such opposition that he turned on a dime and swung in the opposite direction.
