She just needs a good old spanking to pay attention. When I got stupid at that age, my dad took off his belt. I learned my limits very quickly.
They did. The mother was called at about 2:00 but said she couldn't be there until 3:15.

I don't see why they had to use cuffs, knowing how bad it would look. Why didn't they just hold her arms and carry her out to the car?

Didn't see it but from past examples of these two, I'm not at all surprised. They do what they do. It's all they know how to do. How pathetic.
