I've learned the lesson the hard way, hit "refresh" a few times in "preview" mode to make sure the picture will show. I don't know why sometimes it will display the first time, than not the next.

The only thing I can do in that situation is to go to another web site hosting the same picture. It might be a security issue where the site doesn't allow linking from outside. Maybe someone else here can enlighten us on why pictures sometimes show and other times don't.
