Fortunely he won't survive very long in general population if they don't hang his ass for his crimes.

I'm not a lawyer, and didn't even spend last night at a Holiday Express...BUT
The way I read it is that in cases 2 & 3 the Court may give a lesser penalty, ORF may also give life in prison or death; but in cases 1 & 4 it HAS to be at least life in prison if not death.

Unless the rules have changed from 'back in the day' when I was active, death penalty cases are automatically sent over to the 'civilian' side for review/appeal.
That said, I good for the cost of the second magazine load.

I wonder what Sha'ria law has to say about a madman murdering a superior. Betcha it demands the madman be beheaded.
I would guess that under Sha'ria law it was mandatory for Akbar to murder his infidel superiors.

The trouble with militant Islam is that each practioner, whether mentally ill or not, is empowered by the Koran to be judge, jury and executioner. And there are precious few sane ones who are willing to speak out (for obvious reasons) to restrain the crazies.
