It was a very "slick" move on the part of the (obvioulsly leftist) judge. He knew that if he found White guilty, it would be an admission that an aborted fetus is a dead human; if he had declared that it was not a human, he knew that there would be throngs of people holding dead fetuses in front of the abortion mill all the time (and the culture of death certainly didn't want this). So, the judge protected the culture of death by ruling that the event didn't really happen.

Yep. The law will have to be ammended to include a fetus to prevent putting the judge in such a difficult spot again.

I'm happy he is free, but I'd be wary to do that in some states. It could qualify as exhibitionism (running a freak-show). No joke, there are real laws against that.
But I suppose if it's political and he's not selling tickets, then it's probably safe anyhow.

It could qualify as exhibitionism (running a freak-show). No, that would be what the Bent One and Monica did in the Oval Office!

And that, he noted, would assume that the fetus was in fact a human body, a matter he chose not to address. Yellow-belly piece of crap.

I was there at that clinic that day and witnessed his arrest. Thanks for posting this, it is good news indeed.

Actually, after further thought and reading the comments of others, I wish he had been convicted (not sent to prison, merely convicted and fined, I'm certain that many would have gladly given him the money). We would have then had a judge on record acknowledging that an aborted fetus was a dead human being.

The law is sneaky. The baby is considered a dead body PART removed from the body of the almost mother. I guess I would be in the same legal shape if I waved around that big-o callous I clipped off my big toe.
