The Presidential delegation consists of five members---3 presidents, secy of state, Laura Bush ......actually six, including Andy Card.
The US Congressional delegation has 29 members, according to news reports.
Have not heard anybody mention why Kerry was on crutches.

Kerry had out-patient surgery on the cartilage in his knee. Report said it was damaged because of all his past sport activities.
