How many of the "Eight children a day” are criminals over the age of 18?

What about the "Burger bill" or was it "cheeseburger"?
I was a cop a long time and never took down a bad guy who had bought his gun from a dealer. Bad guys steal their guns or they buy stolen guns. We need to simply enforce the laws that are already in the books.
