Thank you for the links, Windchime!
I've unfortunately had some strange encounters with Health Care Workers - Nurses and ParaMedics, in the past couple of weeks.
I mentioned Terri to them and the immediate response was she should die or she died 15 years ago. When the Nurse said Terri had died 15 years ago, her face actually looked mean and evil. The Paramedic supported killing Terri too, but allowed me to explain some of the things that were going on. I told him about Scoops website and gave him the address.
In the ICU - Intensive Care Unit at the hospital, I said the following to one of the nurses: It must be difficult to work in this area, due to the possibility of deaths from the patients serious medical conditions. Her response was to shrug her shoulders and say it's no big deal - it is just part of the life cycle.
The way she said it, was like we discussing someone graduating from high school. I'm not sure if that is a good example. Hopefully, I relayed the nonchalant(sp) attitude of death, that the nurse seemed to have. Maybe I'm overly sensitive to what Health Care Workers say now, due to what happened to Terri. I really doubt it, though. Especially those who told me it was appropriate for Terri to DIE. They said it without any hesitation and even with anger in their voice.
I was very taken back, to hear those who are supposed to be saving lives and ect, to agree with the Starvation and Dehydration Murder of Terri Schindler. As a side note, I wonder just how many of us Terri supporters had horrible things going on in our own lives, during the time we were trying to fight for Terri and her family.
Btw, about the time Terri's feeding tube was removed, I stopped using the hedious name of Schiavo, when I referred to Terri. Therefore, I wanted to voice my total agreement with Floriduh Voter for the title of this thread. I'm still sickened by all the ridiculous talk, coming from the MSM and also Bishop Lynch about the so called family feud. How insane is that, for the stinking media, to think the Schindlers should * Make-up * with the very person who killed/murdered their precious daughter and sister. Sometimes I feel like we are living on another planet now. What are some of these people thinking these days?
Yes, that is their goal, to drastically reduce the population. First, in our own country, they kill over 44 million pre-born babies; now, they are killing the disabled; and next, probably the elderly.
HOW can we stop this when the politicians against this are too cowardly to fight for good, but the "evil doers" will fight hard for evil.
Which reminds me of something I just read:
Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich has the "POWER" to force pharmacists to go against their conscience and religion and fill contraceptive prescriptions, including the morning after pill, which kills lives, but Governor Bush THINKS he does not have the POWER to save a life.
A pharmacist should be able to follow their conscience, and NOT fill a prescription that could kill an embryo.
And what does a governor have to do with this, anyway?
I guess the answer is that a governor is "legally" allowed to destory lives, but a governor is not legally allowed to save a life. (sarcasm)
Something very wrong is going on in our beloved country.
Okay, thanks, well, Sean must have gotten a head's up from his contacts then.
This should be very interesting when it comes out.
Isn't that the truth.
Thank you for the beautiful photos and the article too.
It was right on target. I especially agree with the following from the article: ""Yet, notes Weekly Standard co-founder William Kristol, there were no such "evolving standards of decency" applied by federal courts in the case of Terri Schiavo.""
And now Rep Tom Delay is being put down as he trys to expose Judical Tyranny, in the Terri Schindler case. We really need to look at what the people who are representing us do, and not what they say. In my opinion, Sen. Frist may not have really supported Terri, due to his recent remarks about Judges. I believe Daley was very sincere in his efforts to help Terri. Texas is fortunate to have him.
Your photos need to be see again. :) I tried to copy and paste them, but it didn't work. :(
My dads side of our family has a forum that I have enjoyed til this week. I can not stand the ignorance of the people.
One family member said and I quote "Didn't you watch 60 MINUTES"? I said, IS THAT ALL YOU HAVE TO GO ON? hehe.
They actually scare me now. But being the WITCH that I am, I will keep working on them.
I believe he will mention more of it on television tonight. I usually watch Dennis Miller but I think I will switch to Sean.
by the way the April 11 issue of National Enquirer has on the cover Terri and the headline ''Was Terri abused by her husband?'' The article is 4 pages towards the back where some psychiatrist claims that Mickey fits the profile of a wife abuser. A day late and a dollar short but should be interesting to see how Mickey and Felos react to it.
Did he say when he plans on spilling his info?
Just right click on propeties for the url and copy that address then insert into the img src code.
