I don't know what heaven is like, for sure, but I like to think of it this way: I think my dear mother is about to meet her very favorite Pole. Can I smile and cry at the same time?

We just sang the Salve Regina along with the faithful in St. Peter's. At this moment I thank God for television.
He died on the First Saturday as well as the Saturday of the Divine Mercy Novena.

Second time in two days. This Pope was extraordinary (no joke, he was a remarkable man). I just noted that the press said he had died yesterday and then retracted the statements.
