Not on this Ping list Mike.(and thats ok)- but this is sad news. Counseler Cochran was good at what he did and will be missedby his family and in the legal world.

I don't think that we are the only ones noticing the "change" here many of us that came on 2001 and before see it and mention it a lot lately.

They were licensing his name to that law group. I remember seeing a press release after the Metrolink train crash for victims to contact them to sue Glendale, Metrolink, Union Pacific, and who knows else. I thought it was odd that he wouldnt appear in person to do it. I bet the family was living off the royalties of using his name.
