There is no reason and there is no consipiracy. It's a classic example of Occam's Razor. Her husband and the courts are simply fullfilling her wish to die with dignity instead of becoming a media freak-show.

Occam's razor would suggest that Michael et al. would not act as they have without a strong motive for killing Terri. But if one hypothesises that they never believed Terri's condition was as hopeless as they claimed but had to prevent discovery of the ongoing fraud against the court, their actions make perfect sense.

????????????And the right that should never be taken away is her right to die with dignity which is what she wanted. ????????????

What planet are you living on?? After 7 years Schiavo concocted this bogus story. Nothing written, nothing recorded, nothing....

Starvation and dehydration are far from dignified.

I have to say, I was never really big on the "Michael Shiavo tried to kill her story", but after reading this, there are so many signs that Michael's hell-bent state to have her die may have everything to do with destorying evidence.

Here's what I think:
The two sides of the family hate each other - that's a given. The real and varied reasons may never be known to us, (I'm sure there's more than we know). Add to this volatile situation politically partisan organizations and money, not to mention power, and you have more than one battle going on. There really are many different fights being deliberately boiled down to Terri Schiavo - live or die.
The people behind the scenes pulling the strings are kept well out of sight - are we playing into their hands? Who knows, but things are never as they seem on the surface.

Fine. I recommend you get a living will and designate Judge Greer or MS as the objective party.

.

Negative.

At his 1st TERRI Hearing the CLINTON-Appointed Federal Judge was informed about new TERRI evidence and the 22 witnesses waiting to testify before him on TERRI's behalf, as the U.S. Congress had decreed he should, and this Federal Judge would have none of it.

NONE, as the CLINTONS just smiled away and TERRI inched away towards her Death.

BUSH will now correctly force-feed his clear-seeing Judicial Appointments right down the U.S. Senate's throat, quickly.

Troll alert is right. This sponge_wad is going from thread to thread spreading vicious innuendos against Terri and her supporters. He/she/it has no clue about the case. Not the first inkling.

She was a girl who laughed easily at her uncle's lame jokes.

It's all in the past tense. I'd like to think there's still time to save her.

To me, Theresa Schindler-Schiavo and a newborn have a lot in common. Neither can speak. Neither can eat unassisted. Both need their butts wiped. Both are healthy otherwise. Both, IMHO, have a right to continue living.

Now that a county judge has ordered the death of Terri Schiavo because she needs extraordinary methods for nutrition, how much farther down the road will it be that the baby bottle will be considered 'extraordinary method for nutrition?'

More to the point, the prohibition of oral feeding goes far beyond ending artificial life support. Had the parents been allowed to attempt oral feeding, and been told that if they succeeded Terri could live with them, I would not have had such a strong opposition to discontinuing gastrostomic feeding (largely because Terri probably could have eaten by mouth). But Greer's order would kill anyone upon whom it was enforced. As the order was written, even if Terri had gotten up the strength to get herself a glass of water she would still have been denied it.

AND THIS may have been the point upon which action from the federal level, or even the state level could have taken place.

The Florida law now classifies a feeding tube as 'life support,' and it was this that allowed Greer to order it removed.

But Greer ALSO ordered that there would be no oral feeding. In short, oral feeding must also be considered an extraordinary measure of 'life support.'

But, if that's true, WE'RE ALL on life support. Greer expands the meaning of the law, and exceeds his authority-- either that, or we're all ripe targets for a court order to keep us from food or water.

I'd suggest that Judge Reaper exceeded his authority, and THAT would be grounds to seize Terri and null the order.

Kindly cite a legal document, or written document, or a witness that stated for a fact that she said, or had witnessed a legal document that said that, and not her "husband" who suddenly remnember that she had said same 7 years, ex post facto.

"And the right that should never be taken away is her right to die with dignity which is what she wanted."

This is dignity? The lawyer who helped starve her to death stands by her deathbed and then announces to the public her condition, is DIGNITY?

Terri Schiavo should die on the merits of somebody's f---ing HEARSAY???

Why don't you go crawl back in the hole you came out of and keep your sick comments to yourself?
