Government of, by and for the people my ass. Obviously, people want file sharing or tens of millions of people wouldn't be using P2P services.

Oh dear.

This is not good.....the conservatives on the court are usually for extreme powers for the government/law enforcement.

These old geezers on the court have no idea about the good that can come from file sharing, such as being able to store files online to access them elsewhere, to share personal poems, your own song recordings etc.

I have no doubt they will only see the bad aspects of these programs. They will rule in favor of the MPAA and in turn, completely overturn their previous Betamax decision.

If we even use a VCR in the future or a TIVO, we will be considered criminals.
