Interesting article.

I also am getting a better understanding of how these atrocities are accomplished.

One thing I see is the good people who respect life do not plot ahead on how to subvert the law to accomplish the saving of lives. They make the mistake of thinking the law is on their side by the simple reading of statements in law such as: No person shall be deprived of life, liberty or property without due process of law. The intricacies of who get to decide what due process is and who is in oversight of those persons escapes them.

Appeals to evil persons on moral or ethical grounds are useless. Arrangements should be made in advance to meet these evil persons on a battlefield that favors the good.

One such area is treaty law. The Executive and the Senate control all treaty law and treaty law is superior to the Constitution. Judges that subvert the constitution while using it to shield themselves from any oversight, responsibility, or consequences of their subversive acts, can be held to account by creative use of treaty law. It simply must be prepared in advance.

The weapons the good use to fight evil must be prepared quietly in advance as that is exactly what the evil do.

Jeb Bush and Jaywalking !!!

If a little baby crawled out into a busy highway and sat in
the middle of the road, I'm quite sure that Governor Bush
would risk a jaywalking ticket to rush into the street and
save the child even if the Don't Walk sign was flashing !!!

Terri is an innocent and helpless child right now. Therefore, she
desperately needs someone to bravely risk arrest for jaywalking
to save her life from that evil mob of monsters who are blatantly
attempting to murder her ... in plain view of the entire world !!!

Jaywalk NOW Jeb !!!

Dammit... Jaywalk NOW !!!

Judgenfuhrer Greer: "We black-robed Mullahs are fully aware that our Fatwahs
ordering death by starvation for the handicapped
are IDENTICAL to the penalty used by the Nazis for innocent people trying to escape Auschwitz crematoria.
We shall now add 'First Night' and rape to our options. "

You're correct, it won't help Terri. However it would go a long way in stopping judicial tyranny and it might have prevented the laws that have allowed this travesty to happen.

Why is it that people like Barry Lynn, who is the spokesperson for the group of Americans United for the Seperation of Church and State remain silent on an issue like this?

If only someone like him would do his homework, he and others left of center, no matter where you stand left of center when it comes to the issue of seperation of church and state would readily see that the Church of Scientology has played a signifigant role in this decision to end Terri Shiavo's life.

Why are the Democrats silent when it comes to saving someone's life?

Yet they scream the loudest when it comes to someone's right to destroy life, or the potential for life.

Amazing, simply amazing.

Why doesn't the Florida legislature act? They are the ones with the authority to overrule Judge Greer by changing the law. The law should state that when the legal guardian chooses to end care for a comatose patient, relatives--defined as parents, siblings or children--can take over. I think it is very unfair to blame Jeb Bush, when the gutless legislature has refused to to anything.

Yes, and we can know this by the way they keep repeating the term "rule of law" to explain what is happening to Terri. They don't like it when you point out that in Hitler's time, that was the excuse they used, too.

I think Jeb is finished politically.

No doubt. He forgot what his job is. It will be very hard for him to get a better one.

The Bush family always called Jeb "the smart one". I'm sure he's smart enough to know that part of the reason some of what they left did was payback on him. Especially the Florida senate thumbing their noses at him. The left used this to take Jeb Bush out. He's just a political footnote now.

This event has brought out the core of people. It makes it easier to see what people are really made of. The worse part is that the next time "America" points at some other country and says we have some moral superiority we will likely hear laughter. Well deserved laughter.

But the problem is:

Judge Greer did not follow Florida law that is already on the books.

He should be held in contempt.

The laws are already there, they just need to find someone with the guts to enforce them...

Actually, according to research posted on other threads, the rule of law had been changed, partly as a result of efforts of the hospice in question. See this thread. It's titled "unsourced" but people have been going through the article paragraph by paragraph and sourcing it. It appears to be on the level.

Besides Coma, we may be heading into the situation like in Logan's Run and Soylent Green.

Very Interesting, and disturbing...

But one fact remains;

In 2000, Michael Schiavo moved Terri to the Hospice of the Florida Suncoast. In 2000, Judge Greer ordered Terri's feeding tube to be removed

Terri was moved without her doctor's signature or approval to the Hospice of the Florida Suncoast. This is against Florida law.

I cannot fathom why it is illegal to allow Terri to be given a glass of water.

Because Terri simply must die. She is the sacrifical lamb, the test case, for the scientology, hemlock society death cult to get us all used to the idea of dying when we no longer have anything to contribute physically to society.

This is absolutely heartbreaking. "Death camp" is exactly the right term.
