I have been thinking of what motive might Michael Schiavo have for not letting Terri's parents assume her care. It had to be money I kept telling myself, but now it becomes chillingly clear. He can't have her recover and expose what he did.

For anyone wanting to look into the many connections between Florida lawmakers, this "hospice," and Michael Schiavo, there is some very interesting research here.

Here's a link to the original police report for that night -- it's in pdf form.

The report was originally routed to Homocide.

http://www.hospicepatients.org/police-report-02-25-90-terri-schiavo-collapse.pdf

Also various bottles of medications were found in the kitchen, only 2 of which were Terri's.

Strangely, over the intervening years, he has changed his story of how he found her, at least 3 different times.

And now, they are "administering MORPHINE" to a woman they assert can feel no pain!

The morphine will now be the mechanism of her death!

It's been obvious to me for some time what Michael's motivation is.

As soon as Terri is dead, he will have her remains cremated, and in doing so, destroy the evidence that could prove beyond a doubt, that he assaulted Terri and caused her condition.

Cremation also removes the evidence that she is not in a permanent vegetative state.

"He can't have her recover and expose what he did."

Exactly!!!

I have believed this from the beginning.

Terri's parents will pursue Michael Schiavo after Terri has slipped away. He will never rest. They will haunt him till the day they die. Michael has a hollow victory to look forward to.

The Facts, as Stated in this Posting

1. In 1990, Terri Schiavo collapses in her home, husband, Michael Schiavo calls 911, Terri is taken to hospital, she remains in a coma, and no cause for her condition can be determined.
2. In 1992, on Terri’s behalf, Michael Schiavo sues the hospital for malpractice and wins over a million dollars, $300,000 for his "loss" and $700,000 for Terri's rehabilitation and care for the rest of her natural life. Immediately after receiving the malpractice funds, Michael Schiavo, as Terri's legal guardian, refuses approval for therapy or rehabilitation efforts and Terri is confined to bed.
3. For the next seven years, Michael Schiavo spends the money awarded for Terri Schiavo’s therapy and rehabilitation on lawyers trying to get her starved to death.
4. During this time, Terri Schiavo’s parents petition the court to relieve Michael Schiavo of any further responsibility for caring for her, and agree to accept all financial requirement for maintaining her life and rehabilitation.
5. To this date, none of the money awarded by the court for Terri Schiavo’s rehabilitation has been spent for its intended purpose, and no court has ever recognized this fact.
6. To this date, Michael Schiavo has successfully petitioned the court to end his wife’s life, and Terri Schiavo’s parents have unsuccessfully petitioned the court to save their daughter’s life.

Another motive now becomes chillingly clear.

This is such a travesty of justice, it would lead a suspicious mind to suspect that Michael Schiavo has spent the money intended for his wife’s rehabilitation to buy the services of attorneys who then used a portion of the money to buy favorable consideration from corrupt judges. How else would you explain it?

So he was living with this other woman well before he first petitioned to have Terri starved and dehydrated to death, yet Judge Greer allowed him to be her guardian. That clearly exposes how outrageous this has been handled.

I think that whole injustice system needs an overhaul from the top down. Here is a list of what has happened to make my point
•A Supreme court that makes it legal to commit sodomy and tells teenagers that is alright to commit heinous crimes and know that they will not get the needle or whatever system that a state uses to execute a person for these crimes.
•When known child molesters get the proverbial slap on the wrist, a major murderer (O.J Simpson) gets a “not guilty” verdict from an all black jury.
•A child is kidnapped by the Federal Government to send back to a country who‘ leader is a tyrant .
•When an Attorney General of the United States asks the Army to provide tanks and other armored vehicles to mow down a religious organization on trumped up charges of child abuse and having so-called assault weapons.
•To support a man who is legally slowly killing his wife and being aided and abetted by the legal system.

It is high time that we the people get our acts together and put a stop to this male bovine excrement.

Simpler than that: Michael, Felos, and King George all know that if Michael loses guardianship, a new guardian would be required to audit records that show a clear and unmistakble conspiracy to murder a concious and aware woman.

$5,000-a-month nursing costs at a hospice in Pinellas Park

Felos was a board member of that hospice shortly before Terri entered it, before he 'stepped down'. Usually people own part of something they become a board member of. It would be safe to say, and someone could check this out, if he does own part of the hospice, then what part of that $5,000 does he get? Multiply that for every bed they fill in that hospice. I'd be willing to bet that we got a good old conflict of interest going on here.

Does any one know what the malpractice suit was about? I keep hearing that he won the suit but I haven't heard why?

What did the docs supposedly do? Or not do?
