Did you think O.J. was innocent?
Does any one know what the malpractice suit was about? I keep hearing that he won the suit but I haven't heard why?
What did the docs supposedly do? Or not do?
I want to see a picture of Michael and his new family plastered all over tv and newspapers.
It's the word legal that is the problem I have. But, you are right, I should not admonish the Bush Bros. I know from your heart that what you say is true and thank you for bringing it to my attention.
If it is legal however, in America to murder by judicial decree, a defenseless disabled woman who may or may not have said that she couldn't bear to live on machines and to please pull the plug, may have not thought about living by needing a feeding tube only, I do think then it is necessary and prudent to get involved.
Today, I heard that they are giving Terri morphine to dull her pain when previously they were telling us she's PVS, a vegetable, brain dead and can't feel a thing, she doesn't know she's being starved and dehydrated to death, so why are they giving her morphine to dull her pain that supposedly she can't feel?
To me, that is substantial grounds to stop this heinous act of murder, and find what is true, otherwise they have lied to us all about PVS, Pain, and Starvation.
Have you checked out his own website? He claims it, constantly.
I titally agree with you on Terris condition, The president did ask that the judges re-evaluate her, the did not, he cannot force them to do it. It is damned tragedy in my opinion. There does not seem to be a solution. I wish the feds could have bombarded the hospital and just take her, but that move would cause so many constitutional problems and further divide our nation.
Yes it is. I used to be 'The Summer Wind', I sort of miss that.
***
The summer wind, came blowin' in from across the sea
It lingered there to touch your hair and walk with me
All summer long we sang a song and then we strolled that golden sand
Two sweethearts and the summer wind
Like painted kites, those days and nights, they went flyin' by
The world was new beneath a blue umbrella sky
Then softer than a piper man one day it called to you
I lost you, I lost you to the summer wind
****
Nice......... be well.
Let me put it this way, I don't care. I really do not care.
I don't want to hear about any "reasoned response", and I don't care about your 4 years on FR.
She is dying. She is being starved to death.
That is all that matters.
They are celebrating over at DU.
Just thought you might feel more at home there.
The only thing that I admit is that you are a disruptor from DU.
Take your tiny little sophmoric pride about how you FEEL you were so successful in your disruptor efforts here at FR and report back to your commie friends at DU.
I pitty you and your buddies at DU.
There you go, letting your emotions take control again. Too bad.
No problem.
Just my way of showing sympathy for you and your kind.
It's the least I can do for the mentally disabled.
Doesn't the judge get to ask questions? Is he limited to what the lawyers present? If so, I'd say our entire system needs a work-over. In the military system, the court gets to ask questions. The court is not the judge, but a panel more akin to the jury.
No reason an autopsy couldn't be done before the cremation. Any unseemly rush to cremate her will only result in even more suspicion of MS's actions.
Unless the local DA, and the state Attorney General are both in the "kill the innocent" party, one of them should be ready with a request for an injunction. If they need one that is. I would imagine that any death "under suspicious circumstances" could trigger an autopsy at the behest of the executive branch alone. Even the local coroner could order one.
Isn't that sweet of him to be so caring? I bet he can't wait to get paid his 30 pieces of silver for getting a healthy non-terminal Terri murdered by judical order and opening up the door to the doctors of death to practice their villany on the aged, the infirm, the useless, the disabled, the defenseless, the unwanted burdens to government welfare programs.
Strange laws we have in this country. Stroke of the pen, law of the land. A little Lanny Davis talk.
This seems like an odd statement, since it is the Republican Governor of Florida who is currently acquiescing (and therefore is an accomplice) in the murder of Terri Schiavo.
Well he WAS. His Congresscritter did it.
There are some things that are so abominable, that to have lack of emotion about them is to exhibit sociopathy.
However, Micheal took Terri's engagement ring, a diamond wedding band and made a ring for himself after Terri found herself in a coma.
What happens next is only madness.
