>>Maxine said.."I DON'T CARE ABOUT THE LAW!"....<<
And the President quietly said, "I don't either."
What laws did President Bush break?
HE IS NOT ENFORCING THE IMMIGRATION LAWS.
One wonders of the quality of life Mr. Schiavo will lead when this is all over. I suspect that at a minimum he will be shunned and ostracized, and quite possibly his life will be in constant danger.

I do repent: but heaven hath pleased it so,
To punish me with this and this with me,
That I must be their scourge and minister.
I will bestow him, and will answer well
The death I gave him. So, again, good night.
I must be cruel, only to be kind:
Thus bad begins and worse remains behind.
Thank you very much for the ping!
I echo Tax Relief in welcoming you aboard.
:)
My thoughts exactly. And I won't say any more.
Thank you! :)
My two cents on "Mr." Schiavo: He'll be pumped for the usual circuitry: books, talk shows, etc., and then his "puppet masters" will obliquely shove him to the rear and forget him. And why? Obviously, the puppet masters a) will have no further use of him, and b) his "violence" against Terri will bother the feminist base of supporters. If MacKinnon can rail "words equals rape"; then assuredly, "starvation" can also equal "rape". They'll have to duck and run away from this "person" quite quickly, claiming "intellectual argumentation" as their expedient means for "dropping" support of and association with "Mr." Schiavo.
