Hey, who needs enemies when your 'friends' will stab you in the back and tear you down?

All of these and countless more say Both Bush's can save Terri. I listened to Bork on Hannity and I don't recall him saying Bush was obligated to obey an illicit order from a County Probate judge, which Greer is.

Let alone watch you starve to death when they could stop it.

But you do recall him saying 'I DON'T SEE ANY THING LEGALLY THAT GOVERNOR BUSH CAN DO'? He said that explicitly!

"Governor Bush has not stood idly by. That is a big lie. He's done more than anyone else, period, not even debatable."

Wrong, wrong, wrong-o! You've made my point!

Playing the rigged game of court ping-pong with a system run by leftist liberal activist judges gives the final power over us all to an elitist group of unelected charlatans who palm themselves off as voices of reason simpy because they're members of the bar and the rest of us are not. The thing here is that Bush and other cowardly Republicans have stood by while these creatures have subjected us all to a level of tyranny that would have shamed any earlier generation of Americans who fought for freedom. We need leaders that recognize the power of government comes from the consent of the governed, not a cadre of lying lawyers who use words to obfuscate and obstruct the will of the people. It is this travesty that Governor Bush could stop by using his police powers as the highest ranking ELECTED official in the state of Florida to end the cruel killing of Terri Schiavo. The fact that he won't speaks volumes about how the leftist liberals have been allowed to get us to this tragic place in our history by cowarly Republicans!

Terri's still dying. The Guv hasn't helped her. He may have tried but she's still going to die on his watch. Several Constitutional authorities have stated for months that he has the authority.

Quite so. Jeb defying the court would not be a "lawless" action... because he is still accountable to the legislature (i.e. possible impeachment).

I am sick and tired of those that are blaming Jeb Bush. He is doing everything that he can within the law.

I agree.

We should be working to change the face of the courts so that this never happens again.

Agree, again. We also need to fight to change law and put the judiciary in an airtight box.

Yep.

I like the guy. He is sincerely Pro-Life. But that's not enough to save Terri from a murderous judicial tyrant. A true and fearless Patriot is required.

Precious little time remains.

This is because of court-myopia. If you've been a judge all your life you don't think of the other constitutional options that cut the court out of the loop. Such as defying the court then taking his chances with the legislature. If he acts under a legislature's laws and can make the case to the legislature that he did... well then, no impeachment.

Heavenly Father - We are grateful for Thy Love for us even though we surely do not deserve it. Please help our little Sister, Theresa Marie. We pray in the Holy Name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

"Ding, ding, ding"...We have the winner of the most vacuous, baseless claim made to date.

Congratulations!

Missing from this is why he doesn't?

Plain and simple: Because he's a coward. He knows that the use of force is only reserved to the federal government. That's why he didn't protest when armed federal goons snatched Elian from his home - on Easter weekend - a few years ago.

Where did you get that idea?
State and local governments use force every day in every way.
Legally.

A true and fearless Patriot is required.

And that seems to be YOU! I suggest you risk as much as you want Jeb to risk! I suggest you be fearless and go down to the Hospice and try to give Terri some water. After all, "Precious little time remains." and as YOU'VE stated, the order to withhold water is 'illicit'. Time to be fearless and not just type on your keyboard!

Heavenly Father - We beseech Thee to cause Judge George Greer, Michael Schiavo, George Felos, and all other pathetically puny human beings hell-bent on hurting our little Sister, Theresa Marie Schindler, to back off and stop tormenting her. Please place a hedge of protection around Terri. Please open a door for Governor Jeb Bush to walk through in order to save Terri's precious innocent life. In the Name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Master. Amen.

Correct,I see the circular firing squad is still intact from yesterday.Apparently some think a Kerry or Hillary presidency is a better option because in the real political world that is the alternative to the Republican party.
I can only imagine the joy that is being felt at DU as we sit here and tear apart our party for either doing too much or not enough.

Good Grief AU!

I'm NOT the Governor of the State in question. I have no authority in the matter and would be quickly arrested before entering the building.

I can't save her, BOTH BUSHES CAN.

Have you read any of the pages explaining his authority?

They'll always be two sides to every story and many disagree on this one. Still the Constitution is clear on this matter.

The Constitution sides with the Governor NOT a county probate judge named Greer.

The Constitution is the supreme law of the land NOT ANY judge.
