So isn't Terri alive, 'evidence' in a crimminal investigartion and therefore a valid legalality so that Gov. Bush can protect her? Just asking here.

If there's anything to this, I don't expect to see it ever come out. Jeb certainly isn't going to push a criminal investigation that might expose corruption behind the killing of Terri -- because it would make him look all the worse for not acting to stop that killing. Greer and the others - whether they're corrupt, criminals, or merely evil bastards - are home free.

Why do the courst/lawscumdogs arrest Dr. Kevorkian (?sp) but they want to MURDER Terri?

Well maybe God will decide to appoint someone to investigate it. Problem is all the records, medical, trial etc are going to just disappear. Anyway I still pray for miracles. Like I heard another lady say, she would never in her life forget this. Terri is loved by millions.

no doubt about it. It amazes me that with all of the money and attorneys the Schindlers have had at their disposal that they have failed to convince even one court of the validity of their "allegations". De you suppose that all of the Schindlers' attorneys are in on the conspiracy to execute Terri Shiavo?

Another thread broke the story in the last hour that Judge Greer accepted money from Shiavo's attorney ONE Day after ruling against the legislature's 'Terri's Law'. This is all Governor Bush should need to seize Terri... Judicial Corruption. Also another person pointed out that if she wasn't in a vegetative state the reason he could be sealing all medical records is due the fact that the attorney for MS is on the board of the Hospice Terri has been living in and if she wasn't truly terminal that would be Medicare Fraud.

At this point, unless he does something in the middle of the night, it's clear that Jeb Bush and George Bush are hollow men. There's no there there. They have taken many extraordinary actions in the past, but when the time came to actually save Terri's life, neither one of them has the courage and integrity needed.
