Judge Greer could watch a videotape and hear Terri say she wants to live and disregard it.
He does not care about the facts, the law, or anything else.
He wants her dead because he believes that she should die.

True. So there is a 50% chance that she tried "I want to live", and a 50% chance that she could have said "I want to die"... and a 50% chance that she wasn't saying anything at all...

I believe if the 3 judge panel ruled in favor of an order to restore Terri's nourishment/hydration, it would take several hours before Felos appeal for an en banc hearing to be considered.
Therefore, if, the 3 judge panel ordered Terri's feeding tube restored their ruling would take effect immediately and the 11th Circuit's en banc review couldn't issue a denial until they took new briefs and heard the case if they decided to review the 3-judge panel at all.

"They should simply walk into the Hospice with federal and state health officials and give her water. " I should hope that any attempts to give her anything by mouth be done by a medical person with training in this area.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.
The anti-religious, and the liberal activist judges have seemed to forgotten (or never knew), that the founders of this country (and its judiciary) were stating that human beings have rights (life being first) given to us by God, and these rights cannot be infringed by any government because they are not granted by any government.
In order words, from Roe v. Wade, to Terri Schiavo, the courts have acted in direct violation of the Declaration of Independence.

Read nurse affidavits, terrisfight.org. And you have to realize that if she couldn't take nutrition in orally, Judge Greer would not have been so insistent on her not being given anything orally.

There has been testimony and affidavits by doctors and nurses that Terri can swallow. Mikey and Felos can't even provide video of Terri drooling, because she doesn't droll.
