And Bush sides with the illegals and Fox against Americans (vigilantes) again. Disgraceful!

Agreed. Disgraceful president.

Bush to push for more lenient immigration laws

And the perfect storm that will put Hillary in the White House continues to develop as predicted.

More lenient immigration laws?! They already are dangerously lenient. What does Fox have on Bush?

I'm seriously wondering why I even bothered to help these Republicans get elected. At least with Clinton we had the illusion of prosperity.

Bush should be fighting abuses in the immigration laws, deporting illegals.

Among the many types of abuses, The Springfield Times reported the following:
"An Alexandria woman pleaded guilty . . . to conspiring with two . . . businessmen to obtain hundreds of visas for foreign workers . . .
"Alice Jia, 42, was employed by George Tsui, 44, of Cengtrevill, whose U.S. Eagle Inc. specialized in pairing Chinese aliens with American employers.
". . . Later week, a federal grand jury . . . indicted Jiah, her boss, and five others on charges of immigration fraud and money laundering. . ."

"A 44-page indictment alleges Tsui and Naran Ivanchukove, 67, of McLean, owner of Global Recruitment and Immigration Services, charged tens of thousands of dollars for fraudulent visas.
"The operation generated millions of dollars during a four-year period. . . Ivanchukov and his daughter, Michelle Pappadakis, 21, kept most of their payments in a safe . . . to avoid [paying taxes]"

Others named in the article include Robert Mahood, Bemba Balsirov, and Paul Mederos.

I think what this all means is that it will take a Democrat to tighten up the borders...aka we're screwed

True - this will turn many of the Republican base away. As will the killing of Terri.

I'm already regretting voting for W twice, since illegal immigration is my #1 issue, living in S. Cal which has been taken over.

I won't vote for Hillary, but any third party candidate...

I don't regret voting for W. Can you image where the world would be with terror if Gore or Kerry had been in?

But W's a liberal, plain and simple. The entire, somewhat RINO Bush family's time running this country needs to end. Or we'll end up a thrid world country.

Bush's failure to win congressional approval for more lenient immigration laws has been a sore point with Fox.

A year or so ago I saw Rep. Tom Tancredo (Colorado) speaking on C-Span against mass legal and illegal immigration. Then he was the lone voice in congress speaking on this issue. Later, I saw Rep. Dana Rohrabacher (California) and Rep. Jay Hayworth (Arizona) also speaking against our insane lack of immigration law enforcement. Now, there are about 70 in congress who have joined Tancredo's Team America PAC. Hearing these representatives speak out against mass legal and illegal immigration is what has helped me to keep my blood pressure down so that I have not had a heart attack over it.

I fear that Mexico will take back our southern states by sheer mass of Mexicans in this country gradually voting (some illegally thru Motor-Voter) their representatives into office, as in CA where about 1/4 of state senators and assemblymen/women appear to be of Mexican descent. Once in office they can/will vote in laws more and more lenient to open borders with Mexico and automatic citizenship with any Mexicans who make it across our borders. This illegal invasion costs American taxpayers about $70 billion a year, not to mention the billions in remittances going back to Mexico

When will the federal government enforce our existing immigration laws? Maybe never, because the Republicans favor millions of cheap laborers to satisfy big business, and Democrats hope they will all vote Democrat.

Wouldn't mind the illegal alien thing if they could all be settled on a certain Crawford, Texas ranch.
