isn't it interesting that the NURSES are coming forward

It is. Where have they been?

Highly suspicious.

Will the egos of the court allow them to admit that they are wrong?

Will they care more about their image than the life of Terri?

Thank you. He's an absolute monster. I believe there is already a spot reserved in hell for him.

You'd think a court might start considering this but the truth is people have been appointed to the bench who are far more interested in appearing "reasonable" to their peer group than serving justice.

Thank you, Sir. Please continue to be a beacon of truth in the cesspool that is mainstream media.

Highly suspicious.

Suspicious like ... Michael Shiavo, his brother and his brother's wife coming forward after more than five years of silence to reveal "Terri's wishes"? That kind of suspicious?

Carl, nursing assistants aren't nurses. They're exactly what their title says: assistants. They're sometimes called nurse's aides. They, unlike registered nurses, who have either a two-year associate degree or a for year batchelor's degree and are licensed by a state board, or a licensed practical nurse, who in general training for approximately a year and are licensed by a state board, train for a number of weeks and are given a certificate. They cannot administer drugs, and are extremely limited on what medical procedures they can perform--and can only do these limited procedures under supervision from a nurse or doctor (usually the nurse is the one who administers doctor's orders). Nursing assistants do do the daily routine care of patients. But they aren't nurses.

I wonder if this will affect the proceedings in Atlanta.

Affidavits are worthless unless they can be cross-examined in a court of law.

In an affidavit filed with the court in August 2003, Ms. Law maintained:

"During this assignment I took care of Terri Schiavo several times," Johnson said in her own August, 2003 affidavit.

IIRC, a gag order has just been recently lifted on their affidavits.
