The horror story is that this very scenario that you mention, murder, has not been throughly ruled out. Too many people such as yourself will always feel that he had reasons much darker then those he publicly expresses for her demise and immediate cremation. Why can't the courts of this country clear up these suspicions before issuing the death penalty to this dear girl. It's unfair to her, it's unfair to Michael.

We baby boomers have reaped what we have sown. We stood by and allowed the few to speak and control on our behalf. Now I understand pre WWII Germany more and more. Get ready because we will soon be hiding our loves ones in the basement to keep them alive and there will be some, like some of these posters that will report us to the Death Brigade....For all of you that feel starving Terri is not a bad thing, what goes around comes around.

Murder, via starvation and dehydration....
per FOX NEWS is a VICTORY. Fox has been cheering for Terri's death, all along.
Fox has refused to TELL THE TRUTH of the circumstances, all along.
Fox has been sent numerous e-mails, correcting them concerning various mis-statements, or inaccurate details, but FOX'S TRUTH IS GREER'S TRUTH.
SHAME ON FOX!

***There is a rule at funerals. You don't start dividing the spoils until after the funeral and post funeral luncheon. You wait a decent period of time.***
You've never been at a funeral for any of my relatives.
time for a levity break :-)

I'm aware what hospice care means. Do you know what NEGLECT means? She won't recover. Her body's been dying (slowly) all the time. It's an appropriate place for her. Rehab does not appear to be appropriate for her, regardless of what lies the quacks and charlatans have fed to her parents.</p>
Her parents could've challenged his status as her caregiver in a legal proceeding if they believed neglect had occured. It sure looks like a situation where they just can't ACCEPT their daughter's gone and the stark reality of her condition. It's terribly sad and I'm sorry Terri's body's resisted giving up all these years because she surely deserves to finally rest in peace.

Just a thought - Maybe it is God's will that this lady be called home to Heaven at this time.

I think you too FNC out of context -
They said it was a victory for MICHAEL! Not a victory (period)

....think about this the next time you grab a glass or bottle of water...Terri hasn't had ANY WATER since last Friday. Starvation is not peaceful...it is HORRIBLE. Your tongue swells up and you can't breath, your muscles cramp up because your body is dehydrated! This is pure murder...and Michael Shavio should be arrested.

Well, sounds like your funerals are way more interesting than mine!

This Clintoon judge is the most cruel of them all! How he toyed with Terri's life and let her suffer. Terri's father sat right there in court and this judge crapped all over him in his greatest hour of need and suffering. Let's see what will happen next.

THEIR WORDS WERE VICTORY. THEY DIDN'T ATTRIBUTE THAT WORD TO MICHAEL.
Why use "victory" when speaking of MURDER?

Just a thought - Maybe it is God's will that this lady be called home to Heaven at this time. Indeed.
For those keeping score, I'm sure you'll get points for "fighting the good fight" on Terri's behalf.

Just a thought - Maybe it is God's will that this lady be called home to Heaven at this time. I believe in letting the will of God prevail. But I don't think it is God's will to starve someone to death. If God wanted to call her home and end her suffering, I would think that He would have done that a long time ago.
Unless of course, it is God's will that these circumstances prevail for several years to teach us something........

Can Bush legally issue an executive order overriding the courts ?
If so would he risk creating such a bad precedent in our system of checks and balances ?
Bush has nothing to lose though so why not tempt fate ?

That is not at all consistent with what I've heard. I'm not say it's wrong, I'm only saying it's not part of the conservative radio talking points. They insist the money was all 'wasted' on trying to 'kill her'.
The testimony of the attorney follows:
VAN SUSTEREN: And how much money, or was it sealed? Is it public or not, the amount of money.
FOX: No, it is public. The jury returned a verdict after about a two-week trial of between $8 million and $9 million for Terri and Michael. The jury also found Terri to be 70 percent responsible for her own condition because she induced herself to vomit.
VAN SUSTEREN: So they ended up with what?
FOX: I can't remember exactly the amount, Greta, but I think the gross recovery was between $2 million and $3 million.

You mean her soul don't you? What can't you accept we are starving a human being to death? What can't you accept that we are playing God in stating who should live or should die. Living Will? More like Death Will.

"Fox News is reporting that the judge will not hold any more hearings in the entire case, that the appeal has no merits and no chance for success."God has spoken!
"There is no god but the Courts, and the judges are their prophets"
So much blind faith, so little compassion. I wonder what the Founding Fathers would make of all this. So many of their supposed heirs have devolved into procedure worshiping bureaucrats, beaming with pride because the trains are running on time.
